Processing Time: Orders from our online store range are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options, including standard shipping and express shipping. We offer flat rate $12 shipping and $20 express shipping on all online orders. Delivery for custom orders will be advised in quote. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within Australia.

Returns Information:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our 'Contact Us' button within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item(s).

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
